Dusty Sanders (he/him) is a composer, lyricist, vocalist, and independent music producer based in New York City. He earned his BA in Music from Auburn University and is a current member of the Musical Theatre Writers Collective in NYC.

Sanders and co-writer Julia Sonya Koyfman are the winners of the international Search for New Musicals 2021 by New Musicals Inc. in Los Angeles for their musical comedy It's Always Off-Season at the Chalet Flamingo.

His digital mini-musical Close (But Not Too Close!), composed by Sanders with lyrics by Koyfman and book by Paloma Sierra, was produced by Project Y Theatre and featured in the 2022 New York Indie Theatre Film Festival at the New Ohio Theatre.

Sanders is the founder of Aureolin Sound studio in Queens, NY.
